AKAP, a volunteer service program, offers Westchester County high school students a transformative opportunity to impact their communities positively.
Through AKAP, we create a space where students can flourish, dedicating themselves to meaningful service and making a real difference in the lives of others. Our chapter members are mentors, providing guidance, support, and training to these enthusiastic student volunteers. Together, we cultivate a sense of empathy, leadership, and social responsibility, instilling in our youth the belief that they have the power to shape a brighter future for all.

Youth Leadership Institute
This vibrant and dynamic leadership development program is specially designed for youth ages 11 to 13. At our institute, we believe in nurturing the leaders of tomorrow and empowering them to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
Led by the youth themselves, our program encourages active participation and fosters a sense of ownership among our young participants. Through engaging activities, workshops, and interactive sessions, we aim to instill essential leadership skills, boost confidence, and promote teamwork.
Located at the Lincoln School in Mount Vernon, NY, our institute provides a supportive and inclusive environment for young minds to flourish.

In a significant milestone, the Zeta Nu Omega Chapter launched the Youth Aging Out of Foster Care Program in 2017, supporting individuals transitioning from the foster care system in New York State, now residing or studying in Westchester County.
