Dr. Pamela Minyard
Director
Dr. Pamela Minyard is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management, higher education, and community engagement. With a strong foundation in organizational leadership, she has guided diverse teams and initiatives across educational institutions, nonprofits, and community organizations. Her career highlights include developing and managing impactful programs that serve underrepresented communities, notably through her role as founder and chair of The Leadership Club, Executive Director of the College Careers Fund of Westchester, and as a professor and curriculum developer for online MBA programs in nonprofit management at Marylhurst University. Her leadership roles have garnered recognition from New York State governors and former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
Currently, Dr. Pam serves as a Visual Art Teacher and the Founder and Chair of The Leadership Club at Amber Charter School, where she empowers young students to embrace leadership skills. She has also made significant contributions as a mentor and dissertation chair, supporting doctoral candidates at St. John Fisher College. Beyond academia, her dedication to community service is evident through her leadership roles with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, the Junior League of Westchester-on-Hudson, Junior League Bronxville, and the Westchester Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, where she has spearheaded initiatives that benefit local communities.
An advocate for educational access and empowerment, Dr. Pam holds an Ed.D. in Executive Leadership, an M.S. in Organizational Leadership, and a B.S. in Psychology. Her professional affiliations with the UNA-USA, International Leadership Association, and the National Black MBA Association reflect her commitment to lifelong learning and fostering inclusive leadership. Recognized with multiple awards, including the Business Council of Westchester’s "Top 40 under 40," Westchester Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Honoree, and Inspiring Woman Awardee by the WNBA New York Liberty, she continues to leverage her expertise to create positive, sustainable change in her community.
