Director

Stacey K. Smith is a dedicated limited-permit marriage and family therapist based in Westchester County, NY. She holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is currently pursuing a PhD with a concentration in supervision and education. After a successful 30-year career in the telecommunications industry, Stacey retired in 2022 to begin a new chapter—driven by a deep passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with care and compassion.

A lifelong learner, Stacey finds joy in traveling and immersing herself in different cultures, experiences that continually enrich her understanding of diverse perspectives. She also enjoys cooking, entertaining, and spending quality time with family and friends—activities that reflect her warm and welcoming nature.

Grounded in her Christian faith, Stacey brings empathy, integrity, and a strong sense of service to her therapeutic work and community involvement. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the National Council of Negro Women, where she remains committed to uplifting and empowering others.

Stacey’s long-term goals include becoming a professor and an approved supervisor in marriage and family therapy, with a focus on increasing representation of gender and race in the field. She is the proud mother of four remarkable young adults and has recently embraced her newest family member, Mocha, a lovable fur baby.

With her heart set on making a meaningful impact, Stacey continues to blend her professional goals with her personal values, hoping to inspire others through her work, her voice, and her unwavering dedication to faith, family, and community.
