Tara C. Richards is a native of Brooklyn, NY, and now resides in Westchester County. An active community member, Ms. Richards is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Zeta Nu Omega Chapter, and New York Covenant Church.

Professionally, she is in school district leadership and has worked in public education for over 20 years. Ms. Richards is the CEO and Founder of Nob Hill Educational Consultants, LLC.

t has been her pleasure to serve on the ZNO Community Service Fund, Inc. board for the last two years, serving as the foundation's immediate past treasurer.
